Go to the media AND the DA's office!!!

 

The DA's office should have their own Investigators. See if they can help you in your case.

 

In the end I hope you own the police station. That would be cool. Sounds like some of the good old small towns here in Arkansas.

 

 

Coming from a 20 year retired LEO, go to Internal Affairs with all the information you have, names and badge numbers, time incident occurred, location, copy of Dispatch Information, all calls are recorded. Pictures of the area if applicable. Information on these officers for past history of abuse of power. No one has the right to be harassed by any local, or municipality law enforcement. I hate a dirty cop

 

I'm going to suggest getting a dash cam if you haven't already. And I hope you don't try to take care of the pigs my way.

 

That kind of Rogue Policing is just plain WRONG!

 

Im a firefighter/paramedic for a small/midsize city... If these were city employed officers(not county or state), from a small/mid sized community, contacting the city manager and city council would also be a good idea... The city manager is generally the police chiefs boss...

First 3 sentences of story woulda cleared any and all confusion from the police right up.

You said it was a friend u knew from ur neighborhood and you also went and got his mother .

With a buddy in a ditch and his mom in your truck coming to help him , how the hell did it get to you being questioned at the PD ??

This is why we always say there is a 2nd side to every story ! ! !
