Not with my fat fanny it it wouldn't be able to. You might get the front end off the ground until my weight hit the air then it would sink like an anchor in the lake.

I agree the problem is the people riding or driving them. The rhino is safe and so are the atvs but if your want to be stupid and climb that big silt hill or jump that hill then deal with getting hurt. The machine did not make you do it. God i hate people that just dont deal with the stupid actions they make and then cry it wasnt my fault. Darn jack a----

If you ride an ATV and your CARELESS you’re an idiot. you should know what you’re doing before ever getting on one. If you know what you’re doing then you know the risk you are taking. To me it sounds like greed. Its like the McDonalds coffee guy. Some people are dumb and want others to pay for it.

That whole McDonalds thing was more or less a hoax. It was an old lady that when they passed the coffee out to her the lid wasn't on it all the way and between the handing it off popped off and the cup ended up in her lap. Left her with 2nd degree burns on the insides of both legs. It all started out that all she was asking for was the cost of having her clothes dry cleaned and her seats cleaned. McD's refused her anything, and then the game was on. The jury awarded her a few million dollars and that was what was publicized but the Judge reduced the amount to less then $100,000 that was actually paid to her. Then her attorney I'm sure took most of that.

They should make buyers sign a liability release when purchasing, except for actual defects in materials or workmanship. Getting you and your buddy thrown off in a high speed turn/stunt is not the ATV company's fault.
