James Sokolove LLC. (a lawyer) is filing a lawsuit against several ATV companies, including Yamaha.....i seen it on TV today.....

 

Bunch a ambulance chasin scum law. He has advertisements out for suits against damn near everything there has ever been. All these law firms like them do is go out and find things on the market that have high problem rates associated with them and they file a class action suit on the product. Then they run the advertisements and let the greed and human nature take over.

I bet this is one of the reasons for all these lawsuits over atv's, A family was awarded $20 million in a wrongful death lawsuit.

Actually the one on TV recently is for the Yamaha Rhino. A Californicator rolled one and his leg flopped out of the side of it and was broken, etc. He sued and now as part of the calss action Yamaha has side doors on them starting in 2008 and are upfitting all models bought before 2008 with the doors for free.

Why people can't take responsibility for their own stupid actions is beyond me. Just admit you were a careless, uncoordinated, dumba$$ and move on.
