For what its worth there were some communications problems including some rogue spam filters on my primary email that auto-deleted some of their emails. Once we communicated using a different email it was fixed very quickly.

I guess it is always nice to know the whole story! But we have a few here who just like to assume and stir up more **** it seems. Thanks jkidd1
