Default Unbelievable Customer Service!

I bought a 7" stack that had some issues; however, Marge at BlackCloud was amazing with her level of customer service. She called me first thing the next morning after I left her an email the previous night. She worked with the third party to get this corrected and the new stack is on the way. It was a smooth transition and I love working with folks who are willing to make sure you are happy with a final product. I'm impressed that they wanted to make things right with no fuss.

Yeah that is AWESOME!!!

Its a fact of busness that somthing is going to go wrong. And how you handle it when it goes wrong is what speaks loadest for your company. Good to see that there are still companys that care about there coustomers and not just there profit

Yeah Marge is usually on top of things like that. She will call me right away if there is an issue with anything..whether it's missing parts, wrong parts, are quality issues. We try to work with all our dealers to get the issues taken care of, and companies like Black Cloud Diesel make it easy on us when they supply us with all the info we need to correct a wrong.

Wow Scott, thank you so much for this post! That is so great! I am really glad we were able to get things fixed for you so quickly! Like RS said, sometimes stuff just happens, but I hate it when it does. And I want to see it worked out fast, and Josh and Grand Rock, they see it the same, so we were able to get that replacement stack on its way to you right away!

By the way, you sure made today a "Happy Monday!!"
