good engines and cheap to overhaul compared to a cat or series 60 detroit

Yeah N-14 is good engine... if you do overhaul it have fun setting the timing, holy crap I just rebuilt one I know all about it, quite a process

we got a 95 KW with the N14 where i work. it's a good engine. what are they supposed to govern at? it governs at 1800 RPM.

N14's are govern'd all over the place depending on the trucks use. They come thru our shop all the time, I love em!

well it's got a knuckle boom, and a winch bed- no polls. the tranny is a kinda automatic but you still have to shift but there is no clutch. top speed- 61 MPH.
