radio wont work after jumpstart

Default radio wont work after jumpstart
ok on my 06 i had to jump start it today and the radio was working while i was waiting for the batteries to charge but now that i got the truck started it wont work at all? what is wrong with it

hook the cable up backwards and blow the fuse? Did you check the fuse?
