2nd gen sub box, subs and amp?

Build a box to fit under there, without the sub cutouts. Measure/calculate internal volume. Go shopping for subs in that airspace range. Also you will know mounting depth and size of sub you can run then.

Also, airspace is usually measured in cu/ft. So you want the total interior volume in cubic ft. Then you have to subtract the subs displacement, and see if it matched the airspace requirements for the subs.
1 12" sub can sound better in the right box, than 2 10" in too small a box.

i'm wanting to put my subs under my seat but if you dont need your back seat you can go many routes. To me the best brand out there would have to be JL audio, they're like the cadillac and then rockford fosgate would be next they're like the chexy you could say both are FANTASTIC brands. I feel that JL hands down makes the best amps available but with that comes price. Rockford makes great subs which is what I run with my JL 250 watt amp. I have the rockford p1 subs and you can get either 10's or 12's but they are a very efficient sub. my 25o watt amp will put all of my buddies systems to shame and they've got fifteens and have put way more into it than i have just my two cents......
