Use a line out converter, it'll give you the RCA's you need off a stock deck. As for the amp, just find one with the watt output you want/need.

If your looking for a cheap quality amp, check out Profile amps. Theyre not the best, but Ive had good luck out of mine and you can pick one up putting out 150-250 RMS for about a $100 usually.

Default Profile amps

Profile amps is really one of the best dealer I got engaged with. You should go and give it a try.

As far as brands, much of that is personal preference when on a budget... A lot of these amps have the same insides and different heat sinks... I always (jmo) try to pair my amp and subs with this formula... Speaker(s) Voltage Peak = 50-80% of amps max output, then turn the amp down 20-50% for best quality sound... If you are running hard-hitting, around the clock, head pounding systems, then step up to a class D amp, but just for everyday good sound - you will be fine with class A or B...

Also, as stated above, use a line out converter or use an amp with a built in high-input... As far as Profile Amps, i've been out of the business too long to know what's good or not good anymore... I've always used MTX Amps when i was on a budget - they used to come with a test sheet from when they tested it at the factory, it had all the info down to the decimals for your specific purchase... To each his own tho...

Hope this helps

I've had two profiles. The one I have now is a mono 1000w. I've had it 2 years now and not a moments trouble. And it doesnt lead an easy life, it is frequently being moved between my truck and car, and spends lots of time getting thrown around on bumpy dirt roads, but still runnin strong.

I love my JL Audio Clean sweep. My factory stereo dodge stereo has better sound than my car with an aftermarket head unit.
