Mid range MIA

No Distortion in my systems , Distortion comes from under powered speakers , Dont use the Max Watt Reading for anything its a joke , like bend it till it breaks theres no industry standard on Max Watts it could be 1 second .. the RMS is all that matters power wise
Tho the amp is 80W x 2 RMS its also 325 watts RMS x 1 channel bridged , There 4 Ohm Mid Range Speakers if i bridge them they would blow instantly , Ill have to refer to my book but in the right situation this new amp could operate at 600+ watts when running in fractional ohm loads , Its not a very big amp but it will be all the Polk Momos want and they will be distortion free , I have a DB Reader , its analong Ill try to dig it up and ill show you the needle peging in the center of my cab with out any distortion .
if the Momos wont run 80 watt RMS @ +100* and less than 20* then ill bridge them blow them and send them back .
Ive had just about every type of Mid range Speakers out there Ive never had anything Polk so i dont exspect them to be as good as my Impules mids I paid 2 times the amount for 8 years ago .. but technolgy kicks in so you never know .........
The Polk/MOMO MMC650 6-1/2" speaker features a lacquered carbon-fiber woofer that provides the ideal balance of low weight and high rigidity. The woofer's Kapton voice coil former and flat Nomex spider contribute to high power handling capability. An airtight rubber surround stands up to humidity and heat for long-term reliability. The smooth-sounding 1" silk/polymer dome tweeter swivels up to 15° for direct, detailed imaging.
"peak power handling: 160 watts" --- Yeah Right try that for 45 mins strait
