I just got this 2003 Cummins 2500 and I just got done putting in new solenoids, fluid, and filter. It still shifts to 2nd too late and I heard about adjusting bands. How is that done? I can do it myself if someone can explain what to do after the valve body is off. Thanks!!

 

front band is adjusted from the outside of the trans! do a google search! You will need an inch pound torque wrench and torqes bit1
