I'd also check your valve cover gasket pigtails, both inner and outer.

Does it seem to miss when throttled up?

What year is it?

I'm betting on a dead dead injector (or bad cylinder) if it has a rough idle with a constant miss. I'd have it looked at by someone with a scanner.
