I have a 93 350 turbo i have turned the fuel up a flat put a cold air on got a 3 inch downpipe with 5 all the way from there but cant get my boost over 6 is this normal thanks ahead for any help

How do i do that do i turn towards the driver side or passenger and whats the best number to try for

Take the rod end off the wastegate actuator, run a tap through it (there staked from the factory), then put it back on, 3 turns is roughly 1 psi, shorter (tighter) is up, longer (looser) is down.
