I have a 99 cummins and the ecm behind the air box has 3 plugs the 2 end ones are black and middle one is white. Which one do i use? and if i use a resistor do i need to do the trans relay jump in the fuse center.

I use a 33 ohm #271-1104 Radio Shack resistor and leave the relay in. Mine has been like that about 5 years and has worked fine.
