Okay. So I was always told the 6.0 was junk. I just watched a series of. Ideas on YouTube where this guy compared the 6.0 with the 7.3. I personally have the 7.3 and even after watching the video my opinion on the 6.0 has changed, but I still wouldn't own it over my 7.3. Now one thing that did impress me was the vgt turbo. Now I understand it's quite a bit more technical, but is it possible to drop one on my 7.3? Or will the PCM not allow for that? As I understand thats what runs the valve that runs the vanes. My curiously has been sparked!! Help please!!

 

as a direct bolt on? no. you could make one work but it would take alot of work. you would need to build a new mount and up pipes for the turbo. but the big one would be figuring out a controller for the turbo to control the veins with.

 

Its possible depending on how much work you wanna do personally i would just go with a aftermarket turbo JMO
