I was under the hood of my 7.3 PSD and i noticed a grey material splattered on the firewall and DP. It has a greasy texture and looks like welding slag but i think its grease. Is it something leaking? Its not getting any worse, I have never heard of this happening. Can someone please inform me what could cause this?

 

Leaks are one of those things where it's way too difficult to diagnose over the internet since we can't see it...

Clean it, and see what happens in a week or so...
