Swapping
Swapping the engine in a 94 7.3 f-350 with the turbo to a 90-98 cummins. What is gonna be my biggest problem with putting a cummins in it? Does anyone know? Or how much fabricating i am going to have to do? any help would be awesome. thanks.

Are you planning on just swapping the engine or the transmission too? I've read that some people have needed to move the Cummins engine/Ford transmissin back ~1" in order to get the mechanical fan to clear.
Check out the conversion section here (there's a '95 swap), PowerstrokeArmy and Competition Diesel have some other good swap stuff as well.
