I just bought a rust free 2001 2wd dodge 2500. I have a 2001 4wd dodge cummins 2500. I want to swap the cabs. Has anyone done this. I need to figure out how to do the 4wd on the floor and is there anything else ill need to transfer from current cab to new cab to make everything work.

 

The only thing you will need to do is cut a hole in the floor and dash cluster. You should be able to measure your current cab for the hole and start surgery on the other.
