Hey guys I was wondering if you might be able to help me out. I have a 94 F250 and I have a very low pedal. All the pads and shoes have plenty left on them. I bled the brakes, but still didn't have any effect on the pedal. I am thinking booster? What do yous all think?

 

Does it make a low wooshing sound? If so lookin at a booster, i hqve the same problem
