I got a '94 F-350 duel wheel with 7.3 turbo all stock. Always had a problem with the brakes. The pedal goes all the way to the floor and then starts to engage or it is to hard to press at all and you have to stand on it. Anyone know what the deal is or having the same problem?

 

Have you replaced anything on it?

 

Everything but the lines. But i have checked them and they all look good.

 

How is the vacuum pump. Mine wiped out my serpentine belt when it went out but have heard of the diaphragm breaking inside the pump. I'd check that ur not losing fluid cuz that could mean a leaky master.
