95 fuse panel. Need help

My obd2 ports not working, cigarette lighter is so I'm assuming the fuse is good what else can possibly go wrong?

Your truck might not be OBD II compliant. Some of the early 95's weren't as well as the 94's. Might just need to be reflashed.

Hmm it's goin to the tranny shop in the morning. Hopefully they can figure it out
