Hi,new member, I replaced my the non-repairable plug on my 95psd,now i can not get it started,resivour is full,crank case is full,full of fuel,g/p's work,block heater plugged in,if i
spray fuel into intake truck runs, batteries are good, unhooked ICP to fool PCM.
I think i missed something, but what it is i do not know yet, about 200rpm while cranking

No more starter fluid!!!!

No NO NO...

Get a scan tool and check the ICP Pressure and duty cycle. Without 500psi, the truck will not run.

You don't know what you have...Just because its cranking over does not mean the IPR is not clogged or broken.

You need to get a scanner on it, check the ICP pressure and duty cycle.

Bet money you are getting about 200psi at 70% duty cycle...

Well took it to a garage they said HPOP was toast and maybe ICP, wanted about $1700.00 to
fix, brought truck home will buy a pump and change it ourselves. Can get a pump from shop i have dealt with before, pump is $562.00 instead of $921.00 from ford, the shop that did the scan said the ICP may or may not be bad.
Pulled plugs on head to suck as much old as possible.
The truck has 267,000 miles on it.

Make sure it has the Anti-drain check valve since your truck is a 95... They had a newer version in the 96-97 models... You HAVE to get one specific to the 95 truck.
