Default Anyone have a Magnaflow turbo back exhaust?

I was changing my oil yesterday and while rolling around underneath I noticed that the stock muffler has some serious cancer and probably isn't long for this world. I started looking around online and found a Magnaflow turbo back 4" down turned tip replacement system in my price range but would like some input from y'all. I am very picky about the sound of an exhaust and honestly I have only heard 2 Cummins that I thought sounded good, unfortunately I was not able to speak with the owners to find out what they were. I do not want a loud exhaust. A little more rumble would be fine but I'm getting older now and I'm past wanting cherry bombs on my muscle cars. What's your experience?

I have a 5" on my 07 5.9. It sucks bad. It sounds bad at idle and has an annoying drone at highway speeds. And I mean it drones louder than my mud tires. When I have some extra $ its coming off for scrap.

my exhaust is 4", with a glasspak-style muffler. I turned the muffler 180 deg. to pass the exhaust over the baffles, rather than through them. Not sure who the manufacturer of exhaust was, but it was part of the chip purchase. (edge e-z)
There doesn't seem to be any drone, more of a "thrum". The in-cab noise is minimal, kinda throaty, but not obnoxious. mostly when on the throttle- pretty quiet in the cab....

they are not too bad. Though for some reason the pipe going into the muffler just wont stay tight for long. I just welded it up though. The sound is not bad really kinda quiet to me but I think ill go with an aeroturbine muffler though. No packing to worrey about and from what ive heard on youtube they sound good. Though have not heard one up close in person. the magnaflow is a good system though Im all about the stainless steel ive put them on a few trucks mostly fords and they where not that bad. A dodge is much easier to do in fact one person can do it themselves if need be.

i have the 4" mbrp and it sounds sweet. it drones a little at 70 mph or above, but otherwise it's not annoying at all.

While I don't have their exhaust pipe, I have their 30-inch muffler on my 04.5.

The only thing I would note is that like any glass packed muffler on a diesel, they become louder over time as the glass packs up with soot. It was really mellow when I first installed it, and has gotten louder over the YEARS. It is still not really loud, even after probably 150k.

I also have zero drone.
