2007 6.0 Powerstroke. The turbo makes a hissing sound at about 15psi. I found oil leaking around the exhaust manifold on the engine Block. Is this a simple fix? Does it need to be repaired asap or can it wait a week? Any info would be great.

 

check and see if the y-pipe is leaking at the back of the engine pretty common prob

 

the whistle is a boost leak.................check bolts on the charger side
