300sd i5 turbo diesel

I want to make more power and hopefully get a few more mpg out of it anybody have any suggestions?

Good injectors and bump the IP timing up. I am currently getting 26+ mpg in town with this motor in a 4x4 Cherokee.

Install Cummins from at Dodge Ram.The 617 is a tractor engine.
