Well I finally got this all finished up. My wife decided that I didn't need the pics on camera anymore and deleted them so I scrounged through pics I had saved from various links and added them to my text. I created a PDF file so you can download it and print it off and have it beside you in the garage. I am not the genius behind this I just put it all together so we would have something here on this site since there has been so many questions with this. If a mod feels this is good enough they can sticky it at the top and any others please add to it or correct me.
