any reason why a brand new edge evolution that was recieved for christmas would not download onto the truck yesterday? It would keep having a transmision error. any thoughts???

with edge always update it before you try to use it, other than that i'm at a loss

 

well the date it was made was november 18th so update shouldnt be a problem

 

shouldn't be, but i'm throwin out the only known problem i can think of, have ran into similar things with a superchip on the 7.3 with a manual trans, it wouldn't adjust the speedometer due to the electronics that the manual either had or was missing, still programmed the ecm, but other than that i am lost, call edge tech support?
