Default Building an Intercooler

Im working on building my own intercooler kit, i have the spider pipe off of an early 99 powerstroke. what all else do i need and where is the best place to find what i need to complete the kit?

You need a 7.3 or 6.0 intercooler, and several pipes to cut up. Its not hard to install one, I have done two... Takes a good afternoon and most of the front end removed.

Install the intercooler, cut the headder panel and then run piping.

I'll dig up some pictures for ya.

do you know of a website or a good place where i can pick up most of what i need to do this?

Wrecking yards or CL for the intercooler, should be able to find a 7.3 one for about $100 bucks, and the piping you can do the same. Banks sells a kit or used to, but it was about $700 bucks!
