I have a 96 f250 crew cab that is pretty rusty it is in the rocker panels and It is all the way thru not surface!!!! 
No anyplace to get the parts I found one site but it shows somethin that is way to long and don't even look like is. Also it is one the little lip on the roof right above the door it has coking in it ??? Is it suppose to be there any help will do
