'92- 7.3L- Starts and runs very rough putting out lots of white smoke- installed new injectors, same story. Need truck to get to work. New baby last Friday!

 

black smoke would mean turbo but from what i have seen white smoke means you blew it up (sorry). check the head gasket and rear main, also check the oil smell if it smells like diesel you need a new oil pump. thats about all i can tell you man good luck, and congrats on the baby
