My buddy has a 1996 F-350 PSD 4x4 stick shift, and the truck has some trouble cranking up especially in the morning, and also when we are drivin and we get to a hill he can have the pedal slammed down and the truck will slow down and we would have to down shift, if ya got anything help me out. truck is stock by the way

 

Sounds like it's not getting enough fuel.... I'd startvsimple run some injector cleaner, change your fuel filter... Basic maint. then see how it does

 

Might as well do the air filter too
