Brake Controler
Does anyone know if my dodge from the factory has a plug in for a brake controler or do i have to hard wire it in. If it does where is it located and pictures of what im looking for would be great thank guys!!!!!!
i have a 96 also, i think there is one from the factory, if not, you just need switches 12v, ground, wire from your brake lights,(brakepedal), and the wire running to your rear plug for trailer
do you have one installed on your truck also if so can you tell me where to look

THE PLUG IS UP UNDER THE DASH SOMEWHERE ABOVE THE PEDALS,
I THINK IT WAS TAPED TH THE BACK SIDE OF A BRACKET OR SOMTHING
IF YOU HAVE A 7 PIN PLUGIN IN THE BACK THERE SHOULD BE A PLACE TO PLUG A CONTROLLER TO

Yes sir, if you have a factory tow package you should have one.
On my 96 it was up high near the firewall in the far left corner. my brake controller came with the harness i needed to plug and play, made it a 5 min install. good luck
