New "head" on B5.9 in Aug. of '08. Three RT's Alaska-Boston towing car w/36' RV. Last 1000 miles or so have gone through about 1.5 gallons of antifreeze. No external leaks, including back by thermostat. Runs cool, but gooey sludge under oil refill cap on engine. NOT grey...just like syrup, though. Tacky to touch. Stick oil isn't real clear (3K), but feels tacky.
