Default Help No Idea what has happened!!!!!

Need Help! I have a 1994 Ram 12Valve. For the past several months have had problem with rough idle. Replace injectors with stage 2's. More power afterward but still rough idle an no power till around 50 MPH. I moved plate an afc full forward seemed to help with power but seemed like it was starvn for fuel. Replaced lift pump 3 days ago an finally a little smoke but still rough runnin . Well truck had been sittin sence yesterday so I took fuel heater off an trashed thought maybe suckin air. Well started primin an was hearin air leak behind Injection pump. Well I found that the stamped steal plate coverin lifter tappets looks like someone took a prybar to it an bent it out. Anyone have any Idea WTF happened.
