i have a 99 powerstroke i have a 1805 flash paq programer on it and im looking at putting a banks six gun computer chip in it, is it worth the 500 to have it burnt for my truck and have it installed???? im woundering if its basically the same thing i have or if it worth the price????? will it give me more fuel millage and power than what i have with alil bit of smoke? im not wanting alot of it jus a wee bit.

 

Anything Banks on the 7.3 is junk. Dont waste your money.

Contact Bill or Corey at Power Hungry Performance, get a 6 pos chip from them and have more power, better milage, better smoke control and better shifting.

You can not stack a "chip" and a "programer" on a 7.3. The Chip will overide anything on the PCM (your programer)... And its not worth it to even try.

you can stack an edge with a progammer, but i wouldn't if i was you, do what CSI said and get a chip from PHP, thats what i did and love it so far, blows enough smoke to satisfy me, just enough to get them tailgaters off your butt

 

how much ur fuel mialage go up? does it add enough power for your likings? i pull gravity wagons and car trailers with cars pretty often so will it do good with me doin this stuff?

You can get the TS chip from the flebay vendor, but its got generic tunes on it, which will be better then you have, but not near as good as a well tuned chip from one of our vendors.

which chip do you have? ya i have that same problem somtimes as of right now on a 4lane on long trips i can average 20 to the gallon.

 

i got mine from KT Performance, he did great for me got it here quick, only 290 shipped, and i think its Power Hungry Performance's tunes, plenty of power even on my daily driver tune, little own the race tune
