does anyone know how far to screw with the timing on the fuel pump to get more horse power out of the 6.9

 

You cant guess with the timing, you need to get the proper timing tool or take it in to have it set. The timing marks on the housing are only to get the motor running so you can get it somewhere to be checked. You want the timing set at 0* with a luminosity probe or 9.7* with a pulse meter.
