boost elbow should you put a aftermaket on?

I put one on my pickup and it helps me boost a helluva lot faster. keeps you from coming out of boost as soon as well. i notice it A BUNCH when towing. Wouldnt do one unless you got gauges so you can keep an eye on everything. It bassically is just a small brass 90 but it has an allen head regulator screw in it as well. You can find em pretty cheap off EBAY.
