Default transmission info time

with my setup (in my sig) just wondering if i would just need the billet input shaft or all of them. geting the trans rebuilt this month. just need to know what to go over with the guy thats rebuilding it. the only problem is i only have $3000 to work with. Any info would be great and so very helpful, i hate working on transmissions don't know about them

well are you going to be doing boosted launches? Going to be racing it or adding more turbo and injector. The billet input will get you a long way. If anything just an input and output.

You would probably be alright without it but would be much safer with. If you can swing it price wise I would get input output also

im going to get the input any way but didnt know about the others. im not racing it well maby once just to see it can do, but will not be a boost launch, cant stick it to the ground

your 2wd? If your not going to be doing boosted launches then I would not worry about the output. Mine held a long time with quite a few boosted launches. but didn't like 600hp pass 8 or 9 was bang off the line

ya just 2 wheel, i can do about any thing on these trucks but eletrical and trans. are over my head.

if you have the money to get it while your there might as well, but if that kills the budget dont. never know when you might put some slicks on it and race it

i got an s-10 drag truck i just built over the last year (its in my pics), so i am going to race it but theres always the the **** talk from at the family reunion. they drive gassers. nothing like diesel power :jump :

I understand. I am thinking of going a different route and doing a tube chassis drag stang diesel power next
