Default Turbo Setup

What would be a good twin setup for the truck in my signature. Right now I plan on getting a set of SDX 5x16 injectors and upping the injection pump to a 13mm. I was thinking a 62/71/14 or 64/71/14 over a S4T "big bro" or a S400. I would like a decent spool up and I don't tow with my 97, its mostly being ran at the track and maybe a couple sled pulls.

a 62 /75 will support about 750 HP
go smaller on the top turbo and use a 65 or 68m turbine wheel if you want faster spool up, then rely on the bottom turbo for the air.
