Right now I'm looking at a 6.2 Chevy diesel in a 1983 Chevy short bed. I've been getting mixed messages about them, some people say there sluggish and some say there reliable trucks. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Also, if your selling yours in the NW. Send me a PM!

 

welcome to diesel bombers the #1 diesel site and my opinion of the 6.2 is not very high the one that we had in 85 was junk 2 blown up motors and it was traded in but also work with a guy who still drives his to work twice a week and uses ether to start it so i dont know i would stay away from them if it was me but its not
