What's a good bulletproof transmission upgrade or a 1991 7.3L IDI. Automatic.

torque converter and valve body... it should be an E4OD

Ha yeah I don't know why it posted twice. Is a E40D pretty easy to come by? Or are you sayin upgrade the torque converter and valve body?
