Default What turbo??

hey guys iv almost got my engine all put back together and its time to start thinking about what turbo I should buy. My engine will have 150 hp injectors, custom fuel plate, 191 delivery valves. Im going to set my timming around 13.5 or 14. What turbo do you guys think would work best with this set up? I dont wanna have major lag because I will tow with it occasionally. But I also dont want my EGT's through the roof either.

Depends on your setup. I would say run at least 16* timing, if your head isnt O ringed and studded. I personally wouldnt go to much higher than 18* your cylinder pressures get real high after that. As for turbo I would get a 62/71/12 if you plan on towing a lot. You should have plenty of fuel to light it

Also from what i have heard and read the 62/68 surge a lot. The 62/71 is suppose to not surge. So i would go with what I previously stated.

I would go with a 62/71/14 or 62/68/13 and put the timing between 16-18. If ya need anything or some help give us a call.
