Default Need some recommendations

I have an 01 Cummins 5spd with about 140k miles on it. I just got my smarty and for the time being a replacement lift pump till next year when i plan on going with an Airdog. I plan on putting a MBRP 5" exhaust on it soon. Guages are on the way but i am not sure about injectors. the size or the brand? I was thinking about 125hp. And what is the best brand of clutch to go with, alot of guys in my area say south bend but im not sure. Who can help?

South Bend or Centerforce are your best bet

I'd get the Airdog before I even though about the gauges. Even a brand new stock lift pump can't support 125hp injectors. We have had great luck with Valair Clutch. I even have one in my personal 01 6spd Cummins. Give me a call sometime and we can discuss all your options and work something out that will fit your budget.

for the injectors...i am pretty happy with pensecola diesel company... i bought a set of injectors with a 50 hp gain for only 225 bucks! and they work great! its just my opinion of course, but they are priced right and provide a good fuel delivery gain! heres a link to the injectors...hope this helps...Pensacola Diesel Inc. - DODGE/CUMMINS :: INJECTORS AND PERFORMANCE PARTS :: 1998-2002 24 Valve Performance Injector 50HP

WOW - I would recommend steering clear of those injectors - plenty of people have been disappointed by their pumps and injectors.

You get what you pay for. Just because something is cheap doesnt mean its a good deal.

injectors all really depend on what your plans are for the truck. personally if your going to keep the stock turbo I would go with some 75hp ddps or similar quality injector stay away from jammers. Clutch is all about southbend they work and are great to deal with also look at all the events and things the sponsor they put the money back into the world of diesels. But as stated get a airdog pump asap it's going to save you an injection pump. I would not be surprised if your new one is not putting out proper pressure. my truck had 4psi at idle on a 2 month old pump.
