Default Boost PSI range? LMM 08

I been watchin my boost psi on my dash hawk, and i think i found the hangnail in the 08 MPG..... under full load with a 30000lbs load going up a 6% incline i only see a max of 20psi boost and this is with a 125hp tune installed, also keeping my egt around 1300deg. I rember on the dodge 5.9 it was ez to get 30psi. Im no rocket sicentest, but seems to me that it should be around 30-35?

It all depends on tuning, but 20 seems a bit low. You might want to try a mechanical to see how accurate the dash hawk is. I think you'll find you are closer to 30.

yeah, the boost is electonicly controlled by what programming it has in there. you can call them and ask them what they set it to

even with my lb7 i dont even get close to 35 psi. them turbos are a bit bigger than the stock dodge ones

You should be around 25-28 psi, and deoending what tune you are running not much over 30-32.

I'm pushing 31psi on a slightly modified (EFI Live) quadzilla 50hp tune under hard accelleration. I'm thinking your gauge is off as well. These trucks hit 30-32 pretty consistently when tuned, anything over that is pushing limits of the stock turbo.
