Where can I get the OEM specs. on an Isuzu 2.2se diesel (Thermo King). I want to do a swap into a Ranger or S10. These were low rpm, low horsepower engines in original form. I want to add turbo and get moderate performance without melting pistons. In other words, a daily driver with enough ***** to be able to get on a freeway.

I have one of these engines also and dont know what to use it for. Mine is a D201 Isuzu

Im in Kent Washington.

I got it to put into my 85 ford Ranger but from what i am reading it would be REALLY slow on the highways. so i am looking to either sell it or dump it off at my inlaws house.
Anyone here interested in it?

 

I might be if the price is right. I'd like to drop one into a Kia Sportage...
