1992 Cummins auto won’t start

1992 Cummins auto won’t start
Turning the pump on the truck today and went to go start it afterwards and won’t start. Nothing comes up on the dash. I replaced the starter relay and also try to use a Jump wire from the battery to the fuel shut off still nothing anything I’m missing
