93' Clutch Master Cylinder Leaking
Long story short, I replaced my clutch and was in the process of bleeding the clutch hydraulics. I did not have any leaks or problems with the clutch hydraulics (leaks) prior to this, and for all I know the hydraulics have not been touched since I bought the truck brand new back in 1993.
After 20 min or so of pumping the pedal and bleeding, I gave it a hard push down to the floor and then I hear a squirting noise, only to look down and see fluid squirting into the cabin where the pedal connects to the master. After that, every press of the pedal shoots fluid from the master and onto the pedal rod.
Purchased a new kit, but wondering if I did something wrong? Or what might have caused this? When I heard the initial squirt, I gave it a good amount of pressure to the floor, maybe I blew a seal? Any help is appreciated.
