Need help with my 1997 3500! I bought this truck from my neighbor where truck had sat for 3 yrs. I started checking it out and getting it ready for inspection and all lights work except what's listed above.

PLEASE only how to fix it properly and NOT "run a bypass wire to a solar panel and rig a toggle switch, etc...":

Before any suggestions let me tell y'all what I've replaced or checked:
All fuses that I know of- checked/replaced
Multifunction switch-replaced
Checked wiring to multifunction switch- ok
Both hazard flasher and signal flasher (big silver ones on side fuse panel) replaced
Also, I have NO POWER going to fuses 5,6,7 at fuse panel on the side of the dash.

Any suggestions before I roll it into a lake??
