Hi, im new here, i am putting together a 6.5 and swapping it into my 93 c2500. The engine, and IP are from 94, the ecm, pmd and harness are from a 95. I was wondering if this combination will work together. I just bleed out the injector lines, and am replacing the pmd, which diagnosed as bad, and hoping it will start when i go to crank it up.Thanks for your help.

 

A 1993 6.5 is mechanical injection and a ip from a 1994 will only work on a 1994 .

Also, i did get the answer to my question elswhere. That is the the 5068 id (from early 1994) pump can only be used with the earlier cpu's with a compatible prom from 1994, there are lists out with this info. And any of the other pumps/ cpu's and proms are compatiple, me having the 5068 ip i had to get a conpatible prom.
