Brake Pads 2001 GMC 2500HD Duramax
OK GM fans
I got 212,000 miles on the Duramax and never needed to change brake pads or rotors. The rears are ready by the looks of things and I feel I should pay up the cash to buy the AC Delco original parts. Any opinions or suggestions? I have used Auto Zone ceramic pads on the Yukon, I under stand ceramic is OE for GMT 800 truck lines. We have a 32 ft toy hauler and really surprised the original factory pads lasted as long as they did.
Also, rotors are smooth no groves, should I just get machined with new pads, replace with new or leave alone as is?
Thanks in advance.....
